Over the last month or so, I have been interviewed by a number of media from around Europe on the potential impact to my business from the Referendum within the UK’s membership in the EU.
Firstly, I have been interviewed by NOS / NTR, a Dutch TV for Nieuwsuur. Saskia Dekkers, a corespondent for Niewsuur was intrigued to find out what my plans were, how am I preparing for the big day and whether I have had any pre-referendum fears.
A few days later, I appeared on TRT World, a Turkish TV.
Just before the Referendum, Sharon Patrick of Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen, usually shortened to ZDF, a German public-service television broadcaster came down to interview me and my colleagues in the office.
You can watch the interview here (I appear in this interview as of 9:55 min in)
Pos, the Brexit, I was interviewed by BBC Radio Solent on the reaction of Polish people in Southampton towards the results, potential impact and whether there has been any racist incidents within the City.
Later that day, I was interviewed by the biggest and most popular tabloid within the UK – The Sun.
Despite promoting and encouraging their readers to vote Leave, The Sun run a positive story on European enterpreneurs and migrants who hope to carry on running their own businesses in the UK. Here is a link to the story.
Last but not least to interview me was ORF, an Austrian TV channel – I appeared on their news channel a year ago – who came down to find out more about my plans for the next few months and whether I have felt and experienced any changes towards me and the business since the results were announced.
Later this week, (on Sunday, 2nd July), I am due to appear on Sunday Politics Show on BBC 1. A link to the show to follow.
