Tomasz Dyl is a founder and Managing Director of tomaszdyl PR Ltd, a parent company of GottaBe!; GottaBe! Marketing (a field and experiential marketing agency), GottaBe! Ethnic (multicultural marketing agency), GottaBe! Events (events management) and Magazyn PL (a local Polish magazine in the South of the UK).

Aside from the businesses, Tomasz is also an Associate Lecturer in Marketing at Southampton Solent University, mentor, coach and radio presenter at Voice FM.

Back in 2013, Tomasz was named Southampton’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year, whilst his Magazyn PL was awarded The Outstanding Student & Graduate Start-up of the Year (2013).

Tomasz is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).

He founded his company through passion to marketing at the age of 17, back in 2008. Since, GottaBe! has worked with some of the World’s leading brands.
